Samaritan (2022) - Review
Have you ever seen a superhero movie before? Then you have already seen Samaritan. This film doesn’t have an original bone in its body, and what the film does bring falls completely flat. Sylvester Stallone tries his best with what he’s given, but everyone else was pretty poor. The tone fluctuates so awkwardly, going from serious melodrama to goofy comedy in a matter of seconds. The end even turns into a one-liner action movie, It doesn’t flow well together at all. The script is predictable from page 1, you already know everything that happens before it happens. It’s an experience that completely falls flat while going through the generic superhero motions and offers not much outside Stallone beating up bad guys.
