Creed (2015) - Review

A rip-roaring crowd pleaser that masters the formula that Rocky established. The strengths of the original is still there, but the issues from the original are fixed. The love story is well-written and the couple have great chemistry. We get the extra storyline with Rocky dealing with his age and sickness, and the overarching theme about fighting makes you want to cheer by the end. For me, this surpasses the original and improves on the formula of boxing movies.
