The Rescue (2021) - Review

This documentary is great. So investing, such a tense and harrowing tale, with interesting subjects that they focus on. The film highlights how the divers personality and specific skill set made them the perfect candidates for this rescue, and how this event shaped them personally. It also highlights how much of a group effort this rescue was from everyone involved. The structure as well was fantastic, taking the time to emphasize the steps of the rescue and how difficult every step was, and notgetting too caught up on the details that don’t matter to the emotional core. If you want an excellent overview of how this epic rescue played out, and how it effected the people involved, then The Rescue delivers that in spades.
